Richard's executive recruiting experience spans more than seventeen years, as adviser to senior management and supervisory Boards across a diverse range of industry sectors.
In 1999 Richard established Marlborough as a dedicated aviation Executive Search practice. In 2003 he acquired the business outright via a management buy-out.
He has since led close to 250 Searches across 40 countries and 5 Continents, securing strong personal relationships within many of the world's leading airports, airlines, aerospace manufacturers and aviation service providers.
In 2009 Richard further developed the client portfolio to serve transportation, third-party logistics, leisure and tourism businesses. In addition he established both Interim and Leadership Development divisions.
Richard sits on the Council of the British Association of Aviation Consultants where he served two terms as Chairman. He helped co-found the Brussels Branch of The Royal Aeronautical Society and has recently been invited to join the Board at The European Aviation Club.
Richard is from Wales. He is a business and finance graduate of the University of Glamorgan and is currently studying for his MBA with the OU Business School.
Fluent in English and Dutch, Richard resides with his wife and two sons in Belgium’s Flemish countryside.
